In the deluxe suite

Izzy was moved to one of the new rooms in the ICU. Right now we're bunking with a very small baby girl.

McKenzie has been chilling since she was extubated this morning. She really hasn't slept very deeply, but instead has chosen to doze and look at things with not quite focused eyes.

We just tried feeding around 4:00, more of a learn to use your mouth excercise than any actual eating. We took 10 minutes on, 10 minutes off for half an hour. She drank a total of 10cc's and is crashed out for a while.

Sounds like she is slowly coming back to the world. What a lot of love is waiting for her!
