McKenzie had the tube in her belly removed today and she has
become a different kid overnight. She was able to stay awake for 40
minutes without crying or flaling about. She even fell asleep
without sedation. It was great to see! She also got rid of her drip
that was providing sustunance and is solely relying upon milk. She
is progressing well and there is hope her breathing tube will be
removed by the end of the weekend.
Phin is doing well being back at school. And now that I can drive, we are gaining a routine. It is an exhausting routinge, but that is the way it is supposed to be when you have a new born, so we right on track.
Thank you all for your thoughts and support. It means so much to us. We appreciate the kindness of everyone and the time you take to show your love for McKenzie and our family. Take care.
