Cath Still On

So, the ear infection perferated Izzy's eardrum. Apparently, the good thing about this is that her pain has probably lessened. She is on antibotics now and ear drops. She ate 13 ounces yesterday, so we are on dehydration watch. I don't blame her. I wouldn't want to suck on a bottle with a terrible earache. The eardrum should heal itself.

As long as she doesn't have a fever and the infection seems to be clearing up, the cath will continue as planned next Friday. Keep your fingers crossed that she is well enough. We don't want to delay it after last week's cardiac scare.

Prayers for quick healing and an excellent cath procedure. Who will be doing the cath? We normally have Dr. Forbes do Sydnie's, but last time we had Dr. Turner. We love them both. Prayers continue...
